Todd has a wide and diverse practice advising clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including substantial high-end patent prosecution and opinion work in various technology areas, such as electronics, power tools, analytical instruments, and software. Todd has extensive experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Board of Appeals and Interferences, having successfully prosecuted and argued dozens of appeals.
Dave has experience in all areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law, including prosecution, litigation, opinions, licensing, and counseling. His practice canvasses a wide array of technological areas, including pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, optics, analytical instruments, and mechanical devices.
Catherine has well over a decade of experience in the filing, prosecution, and issuance of patents. Having run the patent department at a mid-sized intellectual property boutique for many years prior to Forge IP, she has worked closely with the United States Patent & Trademark Office on a daily basis, and she has trained and managed countless patent admins and paralegals to effectively administer the acquisition of patents. Moreover, she has extensive experience filing appeals with the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
